Extra shipping fee on all products
Usually after we receive your payment for your order, we will process it in 2 to 3 working days
We will send you the tracking of the package after 2 to 4 working days from the time you place your order
When you receive the product we sent defective, damaged in transit. Please provide us with high quality photo and video proof of support email from the store we will provide solution for the package:
1. After verifying (the product is cracked, wrong design, wrong color, size sent by us) you will receive a brand new replacement product.
2. Parts (led not on; adapter not working) we will send new replacement parts to you
