Terms of Service

SHIPPING:
Your order will be carefully packed by us to ensure that it is not damaged during transportation when you receive the package
* We are using USPS; LaserShip; Royal Mail, Evri; Better Trucks; Australia Post; China Post; Yanwen ... shipping service for our neon sign shipments, depending on your country, we will choose the best shipping company for the product to arrive quickly and safely.
* We usually ship orders within 48 - 72 hours after receiving full payment for your order.
* With USPS; LaserShip It will take about 7 to 12 business days to the United States from the date you receive the shipping confirmation email.
*Shipping to United Kingdom via Royal Mail, Evri is about 7 to 12 business days
* With some other countries will require longer time will take about 17-25 business days from the date you receive the shipping confirmation email.
We realize that Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland and Canada... can take up to 25 - 28 days.
* All our shipments have an online tracking number which you will receive once your order has been dispatched.
* Orders will only be shipped to the shipping address provided in your Paypal account. Please make sure your address is correct. A phone number is required for the shipping company to contact you after delivery.
CUSTOMER:
International buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes after the shipment is made. We do our best to protect international customers from incurring additional charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these costs.
TRACKING:
An online tracking number will be provided to all international customers to track delivery status after the parcel is posted, making sure your email address is correct to receive your tracking number.
RETURN:
Our policy lasts 30 days when you receive the product
For products when you receive defective/damaged items during shipping, please send us photo; video evidence of the product condition when you receive the package. After reviewing the photos; videos we will arrange to resend you replacement of the defective/damaged parts
